Front Desk Officer

Royal Pine & Associates is a professional boutique provider of financial, legal and international expansion services and operates in key financial jurisdictions across the globe.

 

It is currently looking to recruit a Front Desk Officer in Limassol.

 

Job description

The responsibilities of the successful candidate shall include amongst others:

  • providing management and members of staff with support on daily operations,
  • office meetings and travel scheduling,
  • documents management and mail distribution,
  • office supplies management,
  • switchboard handling,
  • greeting and handling visitors
  • ad hoc projects
  • performing other clerical duties and related tasks as required.

 

Competencies

  • Customer service orientation
  • Presentable with a positive attitude
  • Fluent business level Greek and English
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and reliability
  • Team player with interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organisation skills
