Royal Pine & Associates is a professional boutique provider of financial, legal and international expansion services and operates across the globe in key financial jurisdictions.

It is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist for the Limassol based office.


Job description

The responsibilities of the candidate include amongst others:

  • Providing general office support
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Sorting mail
  • Office supplies management
  • Performing other clerical duties and related tasks as needed

 

Competencies

  • Presentable with a positive attitude
  • Fluent business level Greek and English
  • Customer service orientation
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and reliability
  • Team player with interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organisation skills
