We’re looking to recruit a Risk & Compliance Officer (Hybrid) for the Limassol based office.

Key Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and overseeing internal compliance control and risk management procedures in line with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Monitoring implementation of the company's internal procedures
- Analyzing changes in the laws and regulations
- Establishing, implementing and maintaining adequate risk management policies and procedures
- Identifying the risks and reporting to the Board of Directors on matters relating to the company’s activities, processes and systems
Competencies
- At least 3 years previous experience in a similar position
- AML certification required
- Fluent business level Greek and English, both written and oral. Additional language will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously and without supervision
- Able to work under pressure with client deadlines
- Positive attitude and ability to develop strong client relationships
- Dynamic, self-motivated and career driven
- Teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Time management and organisation skills
- CySec Advanced will be considered an advantage
