When you apply, make the subject line exactly: “Graduate, I actually read the whole thing”
How good could you be in two years, if a firm actually invested in you from day one?
Most graduates spend their first years doing the work nobody else wants, learning slowly, waiting to be trusted. This programme, our Financial Services Officer graduate track, is the opposite. You are given real client work early, a senior mentor works beside you rather than above you, and we fund your ACCA from the start. Do two or three years of this well and you will be as sharp as people five years into a slower firm.
Most firms in Cyprus run on one senior partner’s memory. We are building the opposite: an operating system that puts the whole firm’s know-how at your fingertips. It is not finished yet, and that is exactly why joining now is worth it. You help build it, and you own real client work while you do. This is a remote role within Cyprus, so where you live does not matter.
If you have not read the rest of our careers page, start there. It covers how we work, what we value and how we hire. This page is about the role itself.

Who does well in this role
The people who thrive here are the same kind of person. You are methodical, and you actually enjoy getting the detail right, because you know a reconciliation that is a euro out is out. You are eager to learn and you take ownership: when something is yours, you do not wait to be chased, and you do not push a problem upward the moment it gets hard. You stay calm against a deadline, because here the deadlines are real and they do not move. And you are curious abou the businesses behind the numbers, because the better you understand a client, the more you can save them.
Pay, package and growth
- €21,500 a year, paid across thirteen salaries
- We fund your ACCA studies and back you through them, subject to our study support policy
- Full package: unlimited work from home, training allowance, flexible hours for working

rising with service, 13th salary, lunch allowance, paid parking for office days, half-day
Fridays (3:30pm), corporate events
You will be graded on accuracy, timeliness, the real client work you take on and your ACCA progress, not on hours at a desk. You start with a senior mentor and structured 30, 60 and 90 day reviews. As you prove yourself the path toward Accountant, then Senior Accountant and the lead track opens up. We promote on merit, not time served, and we are honest with you about where you stand.
Make sure you are comfortable with this
- The work is high-stakes. A mistake here costs a real founder real money, time or peace of mind, and we treat it that way.
- Parts of the job are detailed and repetitive. Month-end cycles, reconciliations and filings come round every month, and they have to be right every time.
- The deadlines are external and they do not bend. The authorities and the auditors set
them, not us.
- You will carry real client work sooner than you might at a bigger firm, with your mentor’s
support.
- The system is still being built, so processes change under you, and you are expected to help improve them rather than wait for them to settle.
- This is a remote role, so you need a home setup where you can concentrate, reliable internet and the discipline to run your own day.
- Work from home is unlimited, though we may ask you in to the office when the work needs it.
- Early on, expect some time in the office for face-to-face training. How much depends on
you, and it is not fixed upfront.
