Royal Pine - Moving Forward

3 minutes

The world hates change, yet is the only thing that has brought progress

– Charles Kettering.

Some say the pandemic has brought new changes to the world. Others, that change was already on the way and the pandemic simply sped up the process. Over the past few years, we all have observed extraordinary changes in the world.

Digital transformation is evident in every aspect of our every-day life, from the way we communicate to the way we address health issues. The world of social media has brought an unprecedented globalization. The business world is expected to move away from the traditional corporation to the unchartered grounds of a decentralized space – blockchain, the nomad culture and the NFTs. The Great Resignation, ESG and CSR needs of the younger employment market is causing organizations around the world to reconsider their HR policies and corporate incentives. And these are just the tip of the iceberg.

Everything in this new universe is moving faster, becoming more impatient and more than ever, the world is experimenting. Tech startups, breakthrough ideas and innovations. From the metaverse to the virtual reality surgeries, the world will continue to change.

And with this shift, our organization, after several winning years, has arrived at a fork in the road of its success. As the great philosopher Niccolo Machiavelli once said, “Whosoever desires constant success must change his conduct with the times.”

Our culture-embedded boldness and forward-looking values have helped us identify too, our need for change. We have forever been an organization seeking to build long lasting relationships with our clients and our people; always based on honesty, trust, and reliability. And this will remain at the forefront. We were always eager to excel within our industry and walk the extra mile. And we will build on this. We always worked hard with a relentless drive to push forward and challenge the norm. And this will drive us further. As we always plan-ahead, our change may be unexpected for some; yet inevitable for us. Because our change comes within.

To begin our transformation process, we have defined our purpose which lights the way forward:

To continuously evolve; enabling us to empower everyone to compete and achieve their goals with peace of mind”.

To make it simple; we will continue taking care of the work that truly matters for our clients, offering peace of mind. Enable our people and clients to focus on their goals and aspirations. We will upscale our services, drawing from our interdisciplinary background and help everyone exceed their targets. We aim to advise our clients and negotiate on their behalf, supporting them in their winning strategies. And we will continue being upfront, and openly discussing, always seeking solutions in every challenge and finding the opportunity in every complex situation.

With this letter, I hope to convey our anticipation as we gradually introduce new solutions, new turnkey products and innovative methodologies. To celebrate our transformation; I want to share our enthusiasm and consistent focus on the path we have chosen.

We have rebranded Royal Pine. We have renovated our logo and brand profile to represent our new and better self. This marks an important milestone in our journey and an opportunity to reflect on who we aspire to become as we continue to move forward. We have redesigned our digital home, our website, in a client-centric approach that reflects how we think and how we understand the reason for our existence.

At Royal Pine, we are proud of the work that we do, and we are incredibly thankful for our people, clients and international network that have been accompanying our organization throughout its growth journey.

Join us in celebrating our new identity! Or as they say, like and follow us!

Sincerely,
